Attached at the Hip

I'm really tired of losing my wallet.
The Ol' Man's even more tired of me losing my wallet.
He's been telling me to put a chain on my wallet forever.
Finally it's done.

It was super easy. Not sure why I didn't do it sooner.
Punch a hole, add a grommet, and attach one of Paul's old chains with an "s" hook.

Your Bike Sucks

Well it's done. I transformed the dump-found Polish Universal into a fixie.
It wasn't a plan as much as it was a use of parts.
I think it turned out great!

Enjoy!

Pretty Good, Huh?

54' Chevy Finds a New Home

We've been trying to get rid of this awesome piece of Americana for some time,
but no one would take her home.
So, just as we were starting to think that we'd have to make a deposit
at the junk yard, we made one last craigslist post.
And I'm happy to say she's got a new family in Anchorage.

Good luck Ed. Keep us updated on her progress.

Magazines

Momentum Magazine (smart living by bike)

I recently was given the issue as a gift. It's the first issue to hit newsstands.
They have been in publication for over 6 years, but this is the first of it I've seen.
So far so good.

Bicycle Times
Your Everyday Cycling Adventure

I've subscribed to Bicycle Times for about 2 years, and so far it's me favorite bike mag.
They put out a solid read for the "everyday" rider, and bike enthusiast.
Overall, a great addition to cycling magazines.

Got this old polish Universal at the dump.
Now I'm turning it into a Fixie.
Check out my progress.

Bowling

Here in Skagway we have a sweet 2 lane bowling alley.
It's super retro, and breaks down all the time.
And we are damn happy to have it!

Bomonster

Knuckle Dragging, Nirto-Guzzling, Weirdo-Inspired Lowbrow Scratchboard Art

I see Bomonster's art all over the Custom, Hot Rod and Motorcycle World.

It's Sick.

There's a write up in Issue #5 of Junk Motorcycle Magazine. The print on the inside cover is my new favorite piece of lowbrow art. In fact, if you want to own some of Bomonster's original art (and you do) check out his site. You can buy prints, posters, stickers, shirts...
